Pricing/Deposits:

Kingwood Resort has a beautiful garden terrace with a beautiful mountain view. A winding path leads to an elevated platform with an architectural gazebo for your wedding ceremony.
(Minimum Food and Beverage amount of $4000 required to close Main Dining Room.)

A $ 750.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your function on a definite basis. This deposit will be applied to your final bill. 50% of estimated charges are due and payable four (4) weeks prior to event and full payment is due ten (10) business days prior to event. Final guest count is due (2) weeks prior to event.
At that time numbers may increase but cannot decrease.

Our quoted prices reflect current market conditions for food and beverage services.
Prices and menu selections can be guaranteed for a maximum of ninety days prior to the scheduled event date.

All prices quoted are subject to a 20% percent service charge and applicable sales tax.
